Shipping & Delivery
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. All orders must be paid for
in advance, either through our secure website facility, or by cheque
from a U.K. bank account.We may wait for cheques to clear before
sending your order to you.
Privacy & Security
Natremed will only take from you the information we need to process
your order efficiently; this includes a telephone number in case we
need to contact you regarding your order. We will not pass, rent or
sell your information to anyone else and we will hold this
information securely according to the Data Protection Act 1998.
Returns & Replacements
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, however in
the unlikely event that it arrives damaged we will happily replace
it. This does not, of course, affect your statutory rights.
Price
Reflosocks cost £16 a pair, which includes your postage. If ordering
from overseas we will charge an additional postage fee to cover the
international postage charges. When ordering from our web-site the
price will show as £13.50 and a £2.50 charge for P&P will be
automatically added at the shop check out. This £2.50 is per order
not per item, so if you also by any of our pain relieving products
at the same time you will only be charged once for the P&P.
